"What's unique about Blue Canyon is that Rick is not only a master home builder, but is also very talented in the design-end of things, and often does the interiors of the homes we remodel," says Terri. "When undertaking a project, you need to think of how all of the pieces will work together in the end, so from day one we're not only thinking about physical structures, but how they will integrate with things like color palettes and lighting to create an integrated space."
